- +(1) Criteria to be a new member.

- +(2) Criteria to determine voting vs. non-voting members.

- +(3) Onboarding process for new members (interview? new member presentations?)

- +Contradictions/Tradeoffs discussed in-person included:

- +Related to (1) Balancing a welcoming atmosphere and desire to grow with member safety
- +
- +Related to (2) Our decision-making thus far has been very informal - do we keep it that way for now or do we start having voting portions of meetings or use Decidim as a means of collecting votes in-between meetings.

- +Related to (3) Formal interview seems like a-lot, however, first-meeting introduction could be a decision point for whether we're comfortable with someone. Strive to be welcoming and non-judgemental as possible.
