UI Content - Call ourselves an Assembly or Network

We are currently using the Assembly module for Decidim and are technically an assembly.

However, we are building a network, in our own words and as part of VASEN. “Network” is understood without elaboration.

Considerations:

(1) we’re currently stuck with having the word assembly as a heading for the landing page’s “About this Assembly” section. So regardless that will probably remain.

(2) “Assembly” requires some education for folks to grasp what it means in this context.

(3) The impact of our decision will mean we reinforce the language across UI Content. Preferring “Assembly” to “Network” when the two words are interchangeable.

(3.1) We will write additional content to educate users on what an assembly is, probably as part of a greater FAQ that explains initiatives and proposals.
