Tutorials for this Decidim Instance

In an attempt to test out how to share a new proposal on our Decidim instance here, I opted to "Create new initiative" but it is possible that there is a way to post a new "Proposal" specifically that I have not figured out how to do yet.

Therefore, I propose that once we have configured our Decidim instance to include the basic things we want to be able to do, we then make some tutorials, text and/or video, to walk new members through these.
