+Joanna: Retreat day! day-long retreat to work out our bylaws. Our 1.5 hour meetings are too short to address these issues. We may also open proposals. Let's find dates that work for everyone and work out funding possibilities for the retreat.

+Sahnun: adding structure including assigning a few roles, suggested: 1. Team Leader: Solicits agenda items, consolidates them, assigns work and manages direction; 2. Scribe: Responsible for taking and distributing meeting notes and action items; 3. Knowledge Organizer: Manages our shared files, research, and documentation related to ongoing projects; 4. Scheduler: Maintains and notifies about meeting dates and events; 5. Facilitator: Facilitates the discussions, brainstorming, ensures on-task and zero-judgement zone
