Navigating H Through their Court case

Me and another member of Novasen have been navigating H through their immigration case.

She came to me because she had initially been scammed by a "preparer" that charged her $2000 to fill out their asylum application. The "preparer" told them they did not have to show up to any courts, furthermore the "preparer" did not provide the correct residence for H so they ended up missing their appointment.

H. Is in removal proceedings, they did not go to their first master hearing due to fear of being apprehended at the court as a result of having no representation. We attended to the second master hearing with H. and they gave her three weeks to find representation, we did not find any representation for her! we tried to contact all the resources from the list given to us but had no luck. With paid representatives, it was even harder, they were unwilling to accept their case because of the short notice.

H is a victim of religious persecution from armed forces in their country, it would really not be safe for them to go back to their country.

At this point we NEED someone to take her case but they are no longer willing to stay and fight the case.
